After her post graduation this enterprising lady initially worked from Oct 2005 – March 2006. From there she went on to work in a Charitable hospital in Dadri as a consultant providing her services to women for whom medical services was a far cry (May 2006 – May 2008). She came to Gurgaon in 2006 and joined as consultant in Paras Hospital where she worked till December 2009. Meanwhile she did her Diploma in USG and advanced training In fertility. She opened her own setup along with her husband Dr. Sanjeev Bisla by the name of Dayal Nursing Home in December 2009. At the same time she is also a visiting consultant at Paras and Columbia Asia hospitals at Gurgaon. She has now opened another center by the name of Dayal Eye and Maternity Centre at Jharsa Road, Gurgaon and has consented to provide part of basement for official activities of YCF. She has been regularly holding camps for cervical screening and vaccination at her center.
